PAL to NTSCU (changing resolution from 4:3 to 16:9 ) ISS Pro Evolution 2

Here is the offset's to change PAL to NTSCU or vice versa, I'm not sure but I'm sure it works. Resolution from 4:3 to 16:9 in the match (players smaller as in VE2002)
PAL - NTSCU
- 5BE510 = 01 00 02 24 (default) change to 21 10 00 00 (these two are for changing resolution from 4:3 to 16:9)
- 5BEB28 = 01 00 02 24 (default) change to 21 10 00 00

I compared with we2000u23 and it matches perfectly except for the selected player icon. It's a little bit farther

As for that selected player indicator, I'll fix it to be lower, I found it once but I don't remember where it was, no problem I'll find it again

Tested and working. Perfect!. With this hack I think I move definitely from we2000u23 to Iss2 edition

Here is the fix for the arrows and the number in full, first I fixed the arrow only for the player when he is visible and when he is standing in the middle of the picture, but when the ball is sent left or right and the player is off the screen, I noticed that the arrow and the number do not match and it doesn't look like in regular PAL mode, now with these codes it looks exactly the same as in PAL mode.

I have been able to find those offsets in Pes1 and Pes2 comparing the isos. But I couldn't find the offsets for the remaining PAL game, Iss1. Could you check it gyyo93?
