Help me please,In the editor cursor arrows to change Flag Colours and Players Stats are missed! What can I do?

Your ISO is corrupted, or it may be something from Windows that is not working very well.

I think that's Windows the problem,ISOs are not corrupted.
Other WE 2002 Editor Programs work well

It may be a problem with Delphi controls and components, I'm not sure but I think the We Team Editor was programmed in Delphi.
