this time i made some researches to improve the Dat2D in WE2000ù23 so like always i'm looking for how to modify the hair style

i based myself from the works i've done for WE2002 so i discovred the offset to modify the color, the hair style and also the boots in WE2000ù23 as always it's the graphic 1 pallet 5 like WE2002 u can extract once fromWE2002 n put it directly to WE2000ù23 that's all
