The mood of the players for ISS Pro Evolution 2

Hello guys i want to share my discover over players mood. This change player characteristics depending of their mood. I actually don't know how much, when they red, orange, green, blue or white, but surely have impact on their play in match. 
All offsets are in hexadecimal.

Offsets:

For both teams to have the same mood from the first to the last player u have to change this two offsets

- 20710 to 00
- 20740 to 00 

and then u change

- 20748 to 00,01,02,03,04

- 00 - Red mood + Arrow
- 01 - Orange mood + Arrow
- 02 - Green mood + Arrow
- 03 - Blue mood + Arrow
- 04 - White mood + Arrow

Red - +2 - +2 - +1 - +1 - +1 -
Orange - +1 - +1 - 0 - +1 - 0 -
Blue - 0 - -1 - -2 - -2 - -1 -
Grey - 0 - -2 - -3 - -3 - -3 -

How do you find the offsets?, using cheat engine?
