All settings unlocked at the start of the master league for ISS 2

U can now unlock all settings in master league like league for ISS Pro Evolution 2. Game length, CPU difficulty and Length of season. The only problem is u can't reduce matches u have to play even if u set on half season cuz for master league exist only full season. Just want to add something new.

Here is offsets for ML settings:

Offsets are in hexadecimal

-279110 to 27911F (length(h) 10) change to 00 (zero's)
-2787B8 from 02 to 00
-2A8C4F from 01 to 00
-2A8C54 from 01 to 00

I did some research in pass few days and manage to swap options between League and Master League for Season length (Full - Half Season). It's work only for division 1, because division 2 are created different than division 1 and don't have free space to create settings for division 2. League can now be only Half or Full season, depending of number input 1 or 2 in 279808 (hex) offset, although you have option to choose  Full - Half (as master league before)(same problem as for division 2, don't have space to add settings). Hack work only if you first add division 1 for the start of the master league.

Input this changes on offsets which start from 2797F8 to 279867 (hex)

This is better, now we can change both division's matches you have to play per season, if you choose half you will have half on 1st and 2nd division (1st 1x15 and 2x7) or if you choose full you will have full (2x15 and 4x7). Change same offset length for these codes (again it start from 2797F8 to 279867 (length 70 hex).

I think now you can also start from 2nd division and have these settings same as start from division 1, first you need to delete these codes on these offset's

and you have this hack working. I did not test start on division 2.
League remain same as i explain before.
